Course Overview

Extension of time (EOT) has become a frequent activity in many construction projects. EOT is sometimes a difficult element for clients to agree upon which is why the individuals dealing with these clients need to be clever, fast, confident, and persuasive.

Project managers who are eager to improve and refine their management skills will benefit from this course. However, the benefits have not just been confined to project managers but go beyond that field as well.

The intention of this training is to understand EOT delay, and perform cause and effect analysis to make an evaluation based on the type of delay and who owns the EOT claim entitlement.

This course aims at improving the work efficiency and competency of project managers, planning engineers, contract administrators, construction managers, technical managers, and other relevant occupations dealing with construction projects.

Why is this ‘Construction Delay Analysis Masterclass’ course different from the others? The underlying problem with most courses teaching similar subjects like the ones covered in this course is that they emphasise upon purely ‘studying’ rather than enabling participants to utilise the information and skills they learn from their respective courses.

This is what sets this course apart from the others – the provision for practical application of working on real claims. This Zoe training course will empower you with the consciousness of challenging your thinking capacities and boost your competency as it challenges your perspective and way of thinking about claims.
