Course Overview
This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage financial records and budget status. The course covers the basics of financial record keeping, including accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting. Students will also learn about financial software applications and excel and how to use them exhaustively to utilize full organizational financial capacity. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to effectively manage financial records and budget trucking for any organization. Students can also be equipped with advanced excel and other essential financial software.
Course Objectives
At the end of this course, participants should be able to understand:
• Understand the principles of financial record keeping: Students will learn the basic principles of accounting, financial statements, and financial reporting, as well as how to use financial software applications for record management.
• Develop proficiency in financial record management: Students will gain practical skills in managing financial records, including documentation, and filing, record retention and disposal, and developing record management policies and procedures.
• Learn best practices for financial record keeping: Students will understand the legal requirements for financial record keeping, as well as best practices for maintaining accurate and secure financial records.
• Apply financial record management skills in real-world scenarios:Through case studies and practice exercises, students will apply their knowledge and skills to real-world scenarios, gaining experience in managing financial records for organizations.
Training Methodology
The Training methodology consists of face-to-face interactions, presentations, case studies and work groups, Individual and Group experiential learning activities, Audio/Video presentations and Questionnaire, role plays are the forms in which the training will be delivered.
