Course Overview:

Mission-critical push-to-talk MCPTT over LTE  is a feature of LTE advance pro that was first introduced in 3GPP R13 in 2016 as the LTE features that allowed the technology to better address the needs of mission-critical communications users. In this course we will explain MCPTT as a push-to-talk PTT) functionality that meets the needs of MCPTT public safety mission-critical voice communication, which include high availability, reliability, low latency, support for group calls and one on one calls, talker identification, device to device direct communications, emergency calling, clear audio quality, etc.”

With the help of MCPTT we can extend the capacities and capabilities of a PUBLIC SAFETY NETWORKS network to provide enough bandwidth comparable to modern LTE broadband networks and without requiring enormous investments. Therefore, it provides a smart solutions in order to adopt commercial or dedicated mobile broadband networks within a PUBLIC SAFETY NETWORKS environment and still guarantee the accustomed high level of security and reliability.

This ZTS training course will empower you with a complete understanding of the technology MCPTT and its performance management, Integration and complete know-how of current running deployments and specifications from 3GPP and other standard organizations. This course will help equip you with the necessary toolset to improve your already existing LTE/PUBLIC SAFETY NETWORKS network to seamlessly integrate with MCPTT functionalities with the help of industry-specific standards and use cases.

Course Objectives

This course empowers telecom/public safety professionals with—

  • a complete understanding of the technological evolution of PUBLIC SAFETY NETWORKS.
  • knowledge of comparison between PUBLIC SAFETY NETWORKS and commercial LTE networks.
  • Complete understanding of MCPTT network architecture channel structure and its security aspects
  • How could an organization continue to use its PUBLIC SAFETY NETWORKS network for mission-critical voice and data and introduce mobile broadband using LTE services step-by-step to achieve this hybrid model and start using PUBLIC SAFETY NETWORKS and LTE in

Training Methodology

At Zoe Talent Solutions, we deliver training in different ways, which is significantly modified to suit the audience and the topic.  The training format usually consists of audio/video presentations, group debates, and activities, case study discussions, group experiential learning activities, and role-plays, etc. The trainer is also required to understand and elaborate practical issues and challenges faced by the trainees at their respective workplaces to help them relate and apply the knowledge gained through the course in improving their role in the work environment.

This course is delivered as per ZTS’ innovative and highly successful Do–Review–Learn–Apply Model.
