Results: Statistical analysis using Pearson’s Product Correlation Coefficients revealed statistically significant positive relationships between JIT inventory technique and all three procurement performance measures: moderate positive correlation with material availability (r=0.451, p=0.000), very strong positive correlation with timeliness (r=0.832, p=0.000), and moderate positive correlation with cost reduction (r=0.403, p=0.001).
