Course Registration and Information

  • Website: Log on to our website www.zoetalentsolutions.com. Select the course you want from the list of categories or filter through the calendar options. Click the “Register” button in the filtered results or the “Quick Enquiry” option on the course page. Complete the form and click submit.

On receiving the registration form, our course registration team will get in touch with you via email or call post which they will share the Training Invitation Letter and Invoice.

Request for course cancellation must be made in writing to info@zoetalentsolutions.com & received 8 days prior to the course date. A US$ 250.00 processing fee will be charged per delegate for each cancellation. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees due, although in such cases we would be happy to welcome a colleague who would substitute for you. In the event of a course being cancelled, ZOE TALENT SOLUTIONS will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the cancellation of flights, accommodation, etc.

Course Fee

You or your company/ sponsor will be invoiced and we accept Bank Transfer, Cash and Card Payments. 

All course fees / invoices must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the start of the course. Your course is NOT confirmed until payment has been received. ZOE TALENT SOLUTIONS has the right to refuse admission if the payment is not received.

Yes, as part of our complimentary services, you can connect with ZOE TALENT SOLUTIONS Administration Team on admin@zoetalentsolutions.com to know more about how to make the best use of corporate tie-ups and discounted rates for Hotel accommodations. We also try our best to place the delegate in the same or nearby venue where the training is conducted. If required they could assist in booking your accommodation and also arrange for airport transfers on your behalf.

No, we do not provide assistance in obtaining the visa. For Dubai, valid entry visa is easily obtained by following simple visa related procedures you can receive the visa easily from the UAE embassy in your country.

 

A valid ZTS ‘Certificate of Training’ will be awarded to each participant upon successfully completing the course.

Your Preferred Course Dates can be requested by connecting with one of our consultants on call or whatsapp us +971 52 955 8232 or +971 52 472 4104. Although this is Zoe Talent Solutions prerogative and decisions are taken on case to case basis. Having said this, you can be certain to get a confirmed course as per your preferred course date if you are willing to provide a minimum of 4 course registrations or pay an equivalent course fee.

The courses are available in 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 days duration.

Our usual limit is 15. However, we do make an exception for our key account clients and help them accommodate during busier days.
In an Exclusive training for a client we can consider big groups and there is no limit on the total number of participants. 

Our public courses generally start around 9:30am and end by 4:30pm. There are 7 contact hours per day.

Yes, ZOE TALENT SOLUTIONS is recognised as a certified training service provider by KHDA (Knowledge Human Resource Development Authority) under Government of Dubai. With our endeavour and commitment to quality delivery we are certified under ISO 9001: 2015 and 29990: 2010 standard.

Our course consultants on most subjects can cover about 3 to maximum 4 modules in a classroom training format. In a live online training format, we can only cover 2 to maximum 3 modules in a day.

Our live online courses start around 9:30am and finish by 12:30pm. There are 3 contact hours per day. The course coordinator will confirm the Timezone during course confirmation.

A ‘Remotely Proctored’ exam will be facilitated after your course.
The remote web proctor solution allows you to take your exams online, using a webcam, microphone and a stable internet connection. You can schedule your exam in advance, at a date and time of your choice. At the agreed time you will connect with a proctor who will invigilate your exam live.
