On receiving the registration form, our course registration team will get in touch with you via email or call post which they will share the Training Invitation Letter and Invoice.
Request for course cancellation must be made in writing to info@zoetalentsolutions.com & received 8 days prior to the course date. A US$ 250.00 processing fee will be charged per delegate for each cancellation. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees due, although in such cases we would be happy to welcome a colleague who would substitute for you. In the event of a course being cancelled, ZOE TALENT SOLUTIONS will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the cancellation of flights, accommodation, etc
Course Fee
You or your company/ sponsor will be invoiced and we accept Bank Transfer and Cash Payments.
All course fees / invoices must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the start of the course. Your course is NOT confirmed until payment has been received. ZOE TALENT SOLUTIONS has the right to refuse admission if the payment is not received.

No, we do not provide assistance in obtaining the visa. For Dubai, valid entry visa is easily obtained by following simple visa related procedures you can receive the visa easily from the UAE embassy in your country.
Valid Zoe Talent Solutions certificate of successful course completion will be awarded to each participant upon completing the course.

Although this is Zoe Talent Solutions prerogative and decisions are taken on case to case basis. Having said this, you can be certain to get a confirmed course as per your preferred course date if you are willing to provide a minimum of 4 course registrations or pay an equivalent course fee.
